I missed the Gulp N Blow quest can I recover and build it? I cannot get some other quest open without it!

This is one of the main storyline quests and there is no way to miss it. You have to trigger the quest "Krusty Burger Heavy User Pt. 3", which Homer activates. Click on his exclamation mark to trigger it. If you haven't gotten to pt. 3 yet, you can't do it until then. See this page for more information.

I am however, WAY past this level and quest now. But cannot open soooo many of the buildings and other items I need. HELP, please.
