This one was from a Sunday Funday promo with a deleted scene from Bart's New Friend. It was in the water gun scene, and it had Bart say meaningly: "I can see your boobied through you shirt!" All I know is that I never heard it in the actual episode, and it should be added to the deleted scenes page.
