In "Catch em If You Can" what is that cartoon sequence supposed to be with the 50's jazzy sound track?

Marge and Homer are being hunted by the kids and they go on a plane- the cartoon looks kind of abstract with an old type of 50's Bebop /jazz music.  Is this supposed to parody a particular older movie- like something Hitchcock?

It's just simply a reference to the similar sequences in the movie Catch Me If You Can. It's not a reference to Hitchcock.
