I cannot get Muntz house to unlock, but i am in Level 21 and have done all else.

Question

I am on level 21 and have done al lthe other quests within Level 21.

But the Muntz house still shows as locked, and I can't see how to unlcok it,

therefore i can get neither the Muntz house or Nelson, either one.

What am i missing, to get these two things?

it's no big deal, you get a command to build the Muntz house - GREAT - from WHO?

WHO TRIGGERS THE BUILDING OF THE MUNTZ HOUSE?!

Martin triggers the quest. Bart and Martin have quests before it is triggered. See the Level 21 update page for more information.
