The President's Day update allowing you to buy Abraham Lincoln again, if you haven't already bought him, was released just today (16th February) and will last until the 18th. After this, the next update will be after the Valentine's Day update, which should end on February 25th, but will most likely follow the trend of other updates and have another week added to it.
