After upgrade 4th of July, it fails to start. What to do?

After "The Stonecutters" the update "4th of July" came as an automatic upgrade.

From then, the app does not start. No Synch message: It simply stops.

Contacted EA: The info needed is the Mayhem ID. The self made Springfield can be rescued, once retrieved.

So far, I played anonymous, no log-in at Origin.

Was at level 31, fear to start all over again.

From what you're describing, there is nothing you can do. Making an Origin account is easy, and you should have done so early on. If the game doesn't sort itself out, the only option is to uninstall and reinstall. Sometimes, all the game's data may not be deleted on some devices, meaning there's a chance you can recover it.
