Where's UBO?

I paid for Ubo in the last hour of the special.  I purchased him for donuts.  I tried to place Ubo but he disappeared and hasn't returned.  Can I get him (or the donuts) back?

Check the Characters section of your inventory. He should be there. If not, it's a skin for Mr. Burns so check to see if he hasn't already got it.
