Is there an unofficial Simpsons song from 1989?

I remember a rap song about the simpsons that had several sound bites from the show. "He just lays around like an unemployed whale" was one clip. Might be a local thing... I live in California. I believe it came out before Simpsons sing the blues. Any ideas? I have googled for days and found nothing.

There was no Simpsons songs that came out in 1989 to our knowledge. The earliest one is "Do the Bartman" in 1990.
