why can't i still buy items for Springfield heights but my sons game still can?

I can't buy any Springfield heights items now but my son's game can and there are new items like the cruiseship i want to get

go to the build menu, tap on the > arrow, it'll open up the complete build menu, tap on the S.Heights icon and you'll find all the stuff there ;)
