My upgrade for the campfire in Tapped Out goes very slowly, how does it work?

THE upgrade Asks for 200 items ( zombies etc) but when i tap zombies they do not all add up to my Total??

You can at the Campire fire read what you need to collect, 200 skelton, snake, zombie, or rabbit. You sending creating them by sending youngsters to make S'mores. You change what should spwned by telling a spook story.
