Random grey man appear on my Tapped Out?

I went on my simpsons tapped out and there has been a random grey man appear, I cant tap on him, he does nothing, just walks around my town? please help!!! http://tinypic.com/r/2efkmxv/8 (thats a link to a screenshot of the character)

That is the Mayan God. He was released with the Halloween 2012 update after you had completed the Mayan Calendar. He then gave a question for you to win the Mayan Homer costume. All he does now though is wonder around and be useless.
