How can I purchase Springfield Falls?

Question

I was wondering what happened to the option to purchase Springfield Falls.

My daughter and I have been playing since, basically, the beginning of the game and purchased it right away.

Since then we have started a few more Springfields starting this past Halloween event & Xmas. 

No Springfield Falls available to be purchased 

Does anyone know when/if this important item will be available?

It just ain't Springfield without it.....

The chances are it won't be released again. It was only released in the "What Animated Women Want" episode tie-in update as a limited time item and hasn't been released since.
