What is Richard's last name?

A person from another wiki gave me this claim:

"Kid sonic, in one episode onMrs.Krabappel's desk there was as attendance. It said Muntz Nelson, Maghera Richard, and son on. So his last name is Maghera. I am not sure of the episodes name sorry."

So what episode is it? If there is no such episode, does he have a last name at all in any episode or publication?

If someone can find a screenshot of that then we will ammend the wiki to reflect that. However, no other media or publication gives him a last name that we know of.
