Easiest way is to type in the name of the page you want to create in the search bar and then click on the red link on the search page and then you can go ahead and create it. Alternatively, you can find a red link on an article and click on that to create that page.
When creating a page, we have several templates you can choose from for characters, locations, episodes etc. which are located above the edit box. Click on one of those to load it.
