How do I start the Boxed In part 1 quest?

i have bart's castle and my town is level 15 but i still havent got the promp to start the boxed in quest. what are the requirements to start it?

You must have reached at least "The Prince and the Premise pt. 9" in the main quest line. After that, once you get 1400 gold, you will get Boxingham Palace in your inventory. Simply place it from there.

I have the same problem I'm on Prince and premise 13 and have 8000 gold and I haven't gotten the quest prompt either

it has shown it in my inventory for a while now but it says I need to start boxed in quest and none of my people have that quest, I also have Marge in my inventory that also needs a quest that I haven't gotten, I'm now up to 14,000 coins and haven't gotten past the Lisa castle =(

when I hit level 15 Milhouse asked Lisa to walk to school with him and I ended up with Barts Tree house and then I could build the box castled so I guess level 15 is required, funny thing is I had the box castle unlocked at level 9
