I don't know how to get the quest "Double Down on She's a Loser Part 1". I'm level 16 but to my knowledge have never been offered the quest. I looked and there is a quest before that to build Moe's Tavern and I've never gotten that one either. I look on the left side of the screen where the "task list" is and Homer isn't even listed on the task list. I asssume the people there are the open/available "quests", correct?
