I unlocked Goblin Bart but can't make him loot? Please be more specific with answer.

Question

I have upgraded Boxingham Palace several times. Goblin Bart appears on the tasks sidebar but when I click on him then click on Make Him Loot, it takes me to the buildings menu. Same with Wizard Marge. It said I unlocked her and to upgrade her but when I try it takes me somewhere else. Is there a fix or specific goals that need to be done? If so please tell me what they are instead of "you need to unlock them first."

First of all, "make sure you've unlocked the task if it is a task that needs to be unlocked with a specific quest". Also, try logging out of the game and re-log in. Reboot the game (uninstall it and re-install it) in case that the task should already be unlocked and it is not. It should be unlocked in the Quest Boxed In pt.2. If anything I suggested doesn't work contact EA Help.
