Why can't my friends tap anything in my town even though I have all the handshakes cleared?

I don't have any friend actions to clear up and there is no handshakes above any if my buildings yet when my by visited my town, there were only two things to click on??

My best guess is it might be a cache issue. Your town has to save to the server first. When that happens, other towns will see what you see. They'll see the stuff they can tap on. If this problem still persists, Contact EA.
