It was mentioned in the Halloween 2014 content update that the "Super Collider" would be back. Any idea when?

I was really excited when I read in the foot notes about the subatomic super collider returning. It mentioned how many donuts it was going to cost and everything but no details about when it would be added. I would LOVE ANY INFO on this.

It will either be on the 20th or the 31st. Not sure of the exact date, but it's one of those.
