I never got the guinea pig shelter?

I did the quest i captured the 40 guinea pigs but then after that a day later it froze in captured guinea pigs 0/40 and i cant even catch them again and i never got the building...i logged out and back in and the same quest is still there.

You should contact EA to solve the issue. Also, one thing you could try would be to uninstall and then re-install the game, but maybe is too late now to get the building since the episode has already aired. Nevertheless, the episode aired yesterday and they usually give one or two more days to complete the quests in these type of content updates.*

 

*I've checked the files and it seems that the War of Art tie-in is scheduled to end on March 25, 2014(Tomorrow) at 8/7c pm.
