Could Hugo Simpson (Bart's twin brother from tree house of horror VII) be a new character for the next halloween update?

I just thought it would be awesome to see him make an appearance in tapped out and want to know if others think he can be in the game.

Well, it could be, but it is TOO early to start speculating about the next Halloween update. Also, we don't know we are not EA.

Anyway, you can also suggest it to be added in the Tapped Out EA forums when Halloween is coming and the speculations about the next Halloween update will start.
