How do you move the long track on the Injury 500 to get the animation?

I am trying to fulfill The Itchy-Est place on Earth part 3 but I can't see how to come the job called Move Injury 500 Long Track to FIll Track Gap.  I have one long track but I need a 2nd.  How do I do this?

The track pieces you get when you get the Injury 500 is incomplete. Just move the one piece that isn't attached and line it up with the rest of the track.
