Capcha removed and "I am not a robot" added to edit pages, BUT PAGE STILL WANTS A CAPCHA RESPONSE.

Question

So, since there is no Capcha anymore, edit page should STOP asking for a capcha response. This is preventing all edits.

8/26/17  Now it shows me a picture of smithers, but when I type "smithers" it STILL says incorrect or missing Capcha.

Likewise on picture of maggie. Likewise on asking me what is Homeer's last name.
